Horizontal line in text pane

How can I insert a horizontal seperator line in the text pane? In some html based programs you type --- and hit enter and it inserts the line, or there is a menu option to insert a horizontal line. Gem Text Notes Pro has this feature.
In MyInfo, you can insert a break, but it is a page break, which is not what I'm looking for.

If I understand what you are asking:
You would want to:
.............. > INSERT (File Menu Option)
...................> BREAK (File Menu Option.)
This puts a "Page break" Horizontal Line in the document.

Another vote for an Insert : Horizontal Rule command

I was about to post a request for an insert : horizontal rule command but looked for other postings first. Looks like this request has been on the back burner for a long time. Let's hope it moves closer to the front burner as--in some cases--a horizontal rule helps format material for ease of reading. This is just as important as ease of storing information.
While you're at it, how about allowing users to specify the percentage of window width the rule occupies?

Insert horizontal line command is in our
Roadmap for MyInfo 4, so it should be definitely in this version.
