I get how to make a new template and how to create new attributes.

How do you create a template like Task which actually has the values at the top of the page instead of having to set them only int he attribute window

You need to create also a form or use the existing Task form for this.

In the Templates section, go to the template note and set the needed form in the Form field of the Attributes pane.

That's straight forward.
I don't know why I had to get stuck every attempt I was making.
