[added] Different color/style for easier identification of MyInfo internal links (applink) from normal links

Hi. This suggestion is about using a different color for easier identification of MyInfo internal links (applink) from external/normal links (extlink).
Currently, the default MyInfo applink has the same "blue" color of an extlink.
The hypothetical links below illustrate this suggestion, have been assigned the color orange to the applink:
This is a MyInfo internal applink
This is an external/normal link
Besides having a different color, the "applink" could be listed as an additional style, so that the user can change formatting/color according to their preference later, as illustrate in this screenshot:
As a reference for the suggested functionality, Evernote applies a different color (green) for differentiating its internal hyperlinks. Being able to differentiate internal links from regular hyperlinks is a really powerful functionality IMO.
