[fixed] Webclipper issue with symbols < and > being parsed as < and > in note titles

Hi. Just reporting an issue when using the webclipper in "selection" mode.
As shown in the screen-recording, there is an issue with the symbols < and > being parsed as < and > instead.
The webpages tested, followed by MyInfo outputs are:
Greater than or equal (>=) - JavaScript | MDN
Greater than or equal (>=) - JavaScript | MDN
Less than (<) - JavaScript | MDN
Less than (<) - JavaScript | MDN
