Error panel

Hi,
I have 7.3 7516 and I am getting this error panel every now and then. Not sure when it actually happens but will post when I see it again.
When I booted upo this morning MS had done its update and nothing worked correctly. MSInfo didn't have any db, Evernote either. I powered down and rebooted and it all came good. So maybe something there caused this. Hopefully it will not show again.
Win 10 x64 21H1 19043.1826
