I use paste as plain text (Paste as Unformatted Text in MyInfo) a lot. It would be more convenient to add it to the right click menu, either as it's own menu item or a drop down of "Paste" like it is in the Edit menu.
I have the hotkeys set but it's faster the way I work to not have to take my hand off the mouse all the time.

It probably needs a sub-menu. The same type as used for inserting a new note. So you can press paste directly from context menu or hovering to left for the advanced options.
