File stuck in read only mode

I'm using MI 8. I have a few files on a NAS server accessed by 2 different PC's. File locking has been working fine up til now. For some reason MI crashed with a sqllite error (see attached). Now the file seems to be stuck in read only mode no matter how I try to edit it.

Is there something I can do from within MI to remove the file lock status?

Did you try closing the file on both PCs? Also, you may need to terminate the MyInfo.exe from the Task Manager, if normal Exit does not close it completely.
