I am new to MyInfo, Paste a Shortcut ( Ultra Recall ) - I copy a folder or an item and copy and paste it as a link in another folder so when I click on either it is the same file

Probably what you mean here is a clone? You can create clone of another note by copying it and using Paste > Paste Advanced > Paste As Clone.

Perfect, anyway I can update the right click on an item context menu to include clone opposed?
