2nd Icon Column

I have created a form for tickets, it would be very helpful to have a second icon column where I can use the icons such as a checkmark, X, or even text such as in progress, 25, etc. The column would allow me to see the status of the ticket from the tree navigation level without having to click inside of each ticket. This somewhat follows GTD processes. Similar to Flags in Ultra Recall.
