I've done some tests and it seems that MyInfo formats the imported link explicitly with Arial 10 pt. I will fix that, so they will use Link styles as they should.

-has:lock should do that, however there might be a problem that needs to be addressed in the next update first..

George, there is no such option yet. Did you try changing the Link style in the notebook to match your desired formatting for links?

The limitation is in the special styles that can't be created by the user. I am afraid that has to wait to a major release..

Note Structure Pane works only with the built-in Headings 1-6 currently. That's why your style does not appear there..

I agree that it should work with multiple selected paragraphs. Will fix it at some point.

You can do that using Attributes pane currently.

Clicking on a field when multiple notes are selected should change the selection to the clicked note, so I do not think it will be a good UX to implement this behavior in the note list.
