Hi,
Searched forum and manual but didn't find anything on it.
Is there some trick to do a search with an apostrophe in it? It won't find anything with it in there.
If I put the phrase surrounded by quotation marks to find it, I get an exception every time.
Testing it, just store names like Denny's or America's Best won't show up.
I realize I can just put the word up until the apostrophe and do searches like that, but that's not what I'm looking for. I need searches to find the word with the apostrophes in them. All my other IM's do it fine, is this just a bug or is there a trick?
MI 7.0.7 6560, Windows 10 all updated.
Thanks,
Larry

In confirm they error. And it seems that search starts misbehaving after the error (not showing search results etc)
I tried this. The program does not crash. I get a message that there are no notes containing '. It works with double quotes ". There is definitely an issue with searching for a single quote.
Thanks for the replies,
You're right Telesto, the search is messed up after you get that error until I shut down and start again.
I've tried a few of the tricks in searching SQL like using two single apostrophes, etc. Not sure if this is SQL but it seems like MI7 is.
I'll just remember to enter the word up to the apostophe in searches.
Hope you're all doing well.

This problem is fixed in MyInfo 7.0.7 (build 6574).
Works good with quote marks surrounding search with apostophe now.
Thanks for fixing it.
