[7.2 build 7076] disable background color change on note that mouse is pointing to

Hi Petko,

Would it be possible to disable the background color change for the note that the mouse is pointing to?

When I move the mouse pointer over the note list, the note that the mouse is pointing changes to a white background.
In MI 6, the behavior was no color change. This is a problem as I use white text in the note list.

Would it be possible to have either:
- MI 6 behavior - do not change background color
- highlight note border with dotted/solid line and not change background color.

I don't have much of a problem with the background color change being gone. However some visual feedback on mouse over would be nice.

I my case - optional? - hot track underlining would be (see RN).
