Not sure I am missing the horizontal bar in the navigation pane, if it does not exist please consider adding it.
For now I drag the notes editor pane to the right so I can see the full note name in the navigation tree.

Don't think I understand the Horizontal bar issue, but the UI is perfect considering the full view from the toolbar to the end of the window. The day Myinfo app implements the WPF ribbon tool and movable snap windows, that day I might be concerned.
~ But, you can view the full title of a note. The solution is called "Multiline Note Titles". It can be found using toolbars and under the "view" category there are a command called "Multiline Note Titles", add to one of your toolbars and activate.

anix - I am asking about a horizontal bar for the navigation tree not the note editor pane. For now I simply grab the note editor pane and move it to the right and left.
