For some reason I thought it was possible to have the document title be a hyperlink (say to a file on disk or document within in the topic). I know you can create documents that ARE data files, but is there a way to have a normal document title that contains a hyperlink? I looked through the help but didnt find anything yet.

Hyperlinks in Tree
You can enter the path to a local file in the dialog to create a web link. This will create a document with a note and web resource tab. Clicking on web resource tab or double clicking the document title will open the file using browser. Not quite what you were looking for, but close. I don't think we can directly create a link in the document title.
You can also enter pretty much any "url" that windows recognizes, including outlook: and myinfo: links. That means you can copy link to a myinfo document and create another document that has this link as the "hyperlink". This is another way of cloning and works even across topics.
