Tagging - question

I'm trying out MyInfo right now, love it so far.
The interface is extremely friendly, not to mention I looooove the tagging feature.
However, when I use tags for one topic, I noticed the tags are exclusive to that certain topic (so that if I want to apply the same tag to a document in a different topic I have to re-create the same tag within that topic). Is it possible to use the same tags across multiple topics? Sort of a "shared tags" feature? Wouldn't it be cool to be able to "save" tags to a common tag library of a sort?

This is not possible currently, but we will consider something similar for the next versions.

Hi - one option that we are experimenting with is to set up a user defined attribute as a Category. That allows you to dynamically create a list of keywords, for example, and check which of the keywords you wish to tag a document with.

Curious whether anyone else is using this approach, and whether there are any drawbacks or limitations that we need to be aware of?
