Its a small point, but there should be a keyboard shortcut to call up the tag editor from the tree view and also the text editor - rather than needing to go to the mouse again. How about ctrl-esc which also closes the tag editor?
We will think about it. Ctrl+Enter and Ctrl+Esc are not an option here, because they are used in both tag editor and comment editor, but we will think for alternatives.
Well as they are used to close tag editor - couldn't you also use it to open the editor? i.e. there won't be any confusion because the only time ctrl editor would be used otherwise is when a tag is already open.
The problem is that they are used in both the tag and the comment editor. So when tag & comment editors are closed, which of both should pressing Ctrl+Enter open? That's why it will be better to have two separate hotkeys - on for the comment editor and one for the tag editor.
In the new update Shift+Ctrl+G shows the tags editor and Shift+Ctrl+H (all other letters in comment are already used in other hotkeys!) show the comment editor.
Note that comment/tags column should be visible for these hotkeys to work.
