A bug in folder/files import

I found a bug in the folders/files import process:

assume my folder structure is as following
folder
|___ 2009.03.10 folder1
|___ 2009.03.11 folder2

after importing "folder", my sub folders in the topic are "2009.03" and "2009.03", notice that "10 folder1" and "11 folder2" are not imported into.

Please help fixing this bug.
