Download old MyInfo version?

I'm a registered MyInfo 3 user who wants to download the installer, but all the dl links I could find in my archived email from Milenix no longer work.

How can I reacquire the app? I sent an email to Milenix customer support, but haven't heard back from them.

Thanks in advance for any ideas/help.
