Since thus I do heavy color encoding of entries in the tree (cf. my post "Exporting / Printing", I need very often the commands "text color" and "text background color" which are clickable in the format toolbar. But I would like to access them by a shortkey, which normally would not be any problem since these commands are, in theory, attributable to shortkeys, being both in that "Keyboard Shortcuts" list. But I tried to attribute those commands to various shortkeys, and none worked, even after closing the program and reopening it, whereas dozens of other custom shortkeys work fine.
I know some commands don't apply to text in the text editor, not to entries in the tree, so I tried to make them work in the tree, with a selected entry: no reaction; I called them in the text editor, without or with text selected: no reaction. Please have a look at the shortcut linking of these commands.
Command Attribution to Custom Shortkeys
PrevTab / NextTab commands (see my hoisting entry, but these commands should be used rather often anyway):
At this time, these two commands are strictly assigned to Control-Tab and Control-Shift-Tab which is awkward. So I assigned those key combinations to F11 and F12, by my macro program that can intercept those combinations, but many macro programs cannot do that, and most users, I suppose, do yet without any macro program.
So it would be helpful for many users that those commands, PrevTab / NextTab, would be integrated in the Custom Shortkeys List, in order to be assigned to user custom shortkeys.
