Is it possible to copy documents w associated column data? TIA

Jan, if you copy and paste documents in MyInfo, the column data is preserved. For copying and pasting outside MyInfo this is not possible yet (you can work around this by exporting as text file).

I should have been more specific; this does not appear to happen when copying & pasting between DBs/files. I was trying to compress several DBs into one & ran into troubles. Is this fixable?

Jan, here is how MyInfo copies documents between topics:
1. It copies the document text/embedded file and web resources associated to it.
2. It copies document title and all other builtin column contents.
3. If the source file contains custom columns, they are pasted in the destination file, only if the destination file has the same column (same name and type) as the source file.
