I know editing multiple documents' tags at once has been discussed... is there any way to modify the state images on multiple documents? How about column data?

Kevin, all that is in our Roadmap for MyInfo 4. It will be implemented as a Document Properties dialog, where you will be able to mass-edit almost all document properties (excluding document text itself).
