Need some opinions here:
For speed & efficiency, is it better to work with one large DB or several smaller ones?
Also is there a limit on # of pages of info that can be placed in a documents detail page? Thank you.

Individual preference I would think. I'm using MyInfo to store research. Several times I've decided to split a large topic. One of the things I appreciate about this app is the ease with which that can be accomplished. Also, since it saves my workspace and I can have so many topics open-and visible-at one time, I find it easier to switch between them than to scroll forever through an overly long page or through the tree-pane trying to find what I'm looking for.
As to limits, the answer to your question is hidden somewhere in the help file. Which brings me to another plus for MyInfo. I don't remember what the size limits are for files or documents or pages because once I found and read them, I realized they were so huge, I would never need to worry about them again.
