Import Notes From Files doesn't allow to import a directory structure.
The way to go: Menu: File -> Import. Select: Folder

The only nuisance: folders are imported as notes. So note icon instead of folder icon.

1. Click the dotted button; a dropdown menu appears
2. Uncheck: "Show Note Tags" at the bottom of menu

After some testing, I need to admit that this is actually no limitation of AutoPaste. Rather, it is not possible to add notes to List perspective if the main perspective is Tree. I suspect this is the case?

If I understand it correctly:
A) You copied the exactly same text range twice
B) QCopy has 2 copy's of the same paragraph. You expect MyInfo to check if the same text being on the clipboard already, instead of simply creating a second copy
