I have been sending this request to customer support or technical support for some weeks now. Then, I discovered your Forum and thought might be a good way to communicate my problem.
When I close Myinfo and it asks if I want to save, I get an error that says "Cannot create backup file." Also, I have no Help pages available.
I think the manner in which I restored MyInfo after my PC crash, by copying the program from my backup disk, is the source of these problems.
Petko, I hope that you can access my license records and recall that I was one of your very first beta users --- my letter of support enthusiasm for MyInfo is still featured on your home page!
I would greatly appreciate it if you could you provide me with a suitable link in an e-mail that would let me simply re-install my program?
